For sale

We are selling our beloved tent trailer.  Now that the kids are bigger we just don't fit the same as we used to.  Super bummer.  So we are looking for a new home for it.  It's an oldie but certainly a goodie.  For instance:
Jason installed a wood floor for easy clean up. No need to worry about sand and dirt in the carpet just sweep it up and push it out.
i
The "retro" vinyl.  It's super chic and besides it really is in excellent condition.  No rips or tears.  My plan was to recover them I just never got to it.
Not the girls don't come with it but the table does.  It easily sits 4 or 2 adults and some kids.
It sleeps 5 adults comfortably OR 2 adults and a smattering of kids (3-5).  Interested?  Call or e-mail us.

UPDATE: Sold to a couple in the Coast Guard tonight. Totally stoked that it only took us 2 days to sell it.  Really we will miss is it.  Thanks for the memories GI Trailer.

Camping: this and that

Bonfires each night.  Always a must.

Making potentially dangerous weapons out of big rocks.  Ansen convinced Jason he needed a Tomahawk.  Naturally, Jason agreed.

Birthdays while camping rock.  TWO birthday's while camping are even cooler.  Braley turned 10 and Dallin turned 14.
Camping canines.  Not necessary but certainly fun to have along.

*sighhhh* We're rednecks

Camping can't always be hiking and exploring.  Sometimes it's biking and shooting...... doodlebugs and bb guns.  That's how thug we are. I know, we're hardcore.
We found a closed campground just down the road and it had the perfect doodle bug track for the kids to ride b/c the campsites were in a big crazy loop.  Around and around and around they went.

I have to say the kids had so much fun shooting and with all the targets we had set up they got some really good practice in and even were hitting the targets on their own.

We even had TWO bulls eyes. Can you believe it?
Brays had a dead eye bulls eye!
She was patient and listened to directions and bang! She did it!
Kahau had a bulls eye too.  Awesome!
And just to prove I'm not as boring as I look.
I still don't like guns but I guess it's good to try new things right?

Waterfall exploring

It wasn't exciting enough for us to just stand and look at the double waterfall...

We decided to climb down there and get a closer look because did you honestly expect us to not climb down in there?

 Now that's a view!

Lava tubing @ Boyd cave

"Here's a flashlight.  We are going to go deep underground and stumble around in the dark and hope we come out alive. Who's ready?"
And off the 10 of us went.  Some of us super willing and some of us to nice to say no.

Walking through big caverns, crawling through holes, climbing over boulders.  We were explorers!  Even the dogs came and did awesome.

Warning:  Being friends with my crew could result in activities that will most likely put you way out of your comfort zone.
